All orders are processed and shipped within [3-5] business days of payment confirmation. Handmade items may require additional processing time.

Once your order is dropped off with the carrier, delivery times are estimated and not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier.

If your package is lost or damaged in transit, please contact us and we will do our best to help you file a claim with the carrier. We recommend keeping your tracking number until your order arrives.
